GODDESS BOUDOIR GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE GRAND PRIZE.
By entering the Goddess Boudoir Giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree to the following Official Rules and Regulations.
1. GIVEAWAY ORGANIZER
This giveaway is organized and administered by Goddess Boudoir, located in Airdrie, Alberta, Canada.
The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The giveaway opens October 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM Mountain Time and closes October 26, 2026, at 11:59 PM Mountain Time.
Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
The grand prize winner is scheduled to be announced October 26th, 2026, following verification of eligibility and completion of the required winner confirmation process.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To enter, participants must:
- Be at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.
- Be a legal resident of Canada.
- Be able and willing to travel to Airdrie, Alberta, for the photography session at their own expense.
- Submit a completed application during the giveaway period.
- Agree to these Official Rules and Regulations.
Employees, contractors directly involved in administering the giveaway, and members of the organizer’s immediate household are not eligible.
Goddess Boudoir reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter by completing the official Goddess Boudoir Giveaway application.
There is no fee to enter.
Each eligible person may submit one application for themselves OR nominate another eligible individual.
Multiple entries submitted by the same person may be disqualified.
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
5. NOMINATING SOMEONE ELSE
Participants may nominate an eligible woman they believe would love the Goddess Boudoir experience.
The person being nominated must meet all eligibility requirements, including the minimum age of 21.
If a nomination is selected, the nominated individual—not the person who submitted the nomination—will be the potential prize recipient.
The nominated individual must personally accept the prize, confirm eligibility and agree to the applicable session terms before the prize can be awarded.
Nominations do not guarantee that the nominated individual will be contacted or selected.
6. GRAND PRIZE
One eligible winner will receive a complete Goddess Boudoir photography experience.
The grand prize includes:
- One Goddess Boudoir photography session.
- The complete edited digital gallery from that session.
- A $250 credit toward eligible physical artwork purchased through Goddess Boudoir.
Approximate total retail value: $6,250 CAD.
The $250 artwork credit is optional to use and has no cash value. Any artwork purchase exceeding the credit is the winner’s responsibility.
The grand prize does not require the winner to purchase a photography collection, additional images or artwork.
The prize does not include transportation, accommodation, travel expenses, personal purchases or other costs not expressly listed above.
The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or studio credit, and cannot be combined with another promotion or offer.
7. EXISTING BOOKINGS & PREVIOUS PURCHASES
Individuals who already have a photography session booked with Goddess Boudoir are welcome to enter the giveaway.
However, the giveaway prize is a separate photography experience and cannot be applied to an existing booking or purchase.
If an existing client wins:
- Their currently booked session remains subject to its original agreement.
- Any retainers, session fees, collection payments or other amounts already paid remain subject to the terms of that agreement.
- The giveaway prize cannot be used as a credit, refund, discount or replacement for their existing session or collection.
- The winner must book a separate session to redeem the grand prize.
Cancelling an existing paid session for the purpose of replacing it with the giveaway prize does not entitle the client to a refund, transfer of payments or cancellation of their existing contractual obligations.
Nothing in these rules overrides any refund, cancellation or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. WINNER SELECTION
Judged Application
One potential grand prize winner will be selected based on the content of eligible applications, using the following criteria:
- Personal connection to the experience: 40%
- Thoughtfulness and sincerity of the application: 40%
- Alignment between the applicant’s desired experience and the artistic services offered: 20%
The organizer will review eligible applications using these criteria and select the highest-scoring application.
The selection method will be established before the giveaway opens and will not be changed after entries begin.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The selected potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided in the application.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification.
Before being confirmed as the winner, the selected individual must verify eligibility, correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance, and complete any reasonable prize acceptance documentation.
If the selected individual cannot be reached, does not respond within the specified period, is ineligible or fails to satisfy the requirements, Goddess Boudoir may select an alternate potential winner using the same selection method.
The winner’s first name may be publicly announced after confirmation.
10. PRIZE REDEMPTION & SCHEDULING
The grand prize must be booked and completed within [SIX MONTHS OF WINNER CONFIRMATION ].
Sessions are subject to the photographer’s availability.
The winner is responsible for arranging transportation to the agreed photography location.
Session dates must be mutually agreed upon.
The prize cannot be exchanged for a destination photography experience or applied to an unrelated event, retreat or specialty booking.
The winner must sign the applicable photography session agreement before the session takes place.
If the winner cancels or fails to attend their scheduled session, any opportunity to reschedule will be governed by the signed session agreement and applicable law.
11. PHOTOGRAPHY & IMAGE DELIVERY
The photography session will be conducted in Goddess Boudoir’s established artistic style.
The photographer retains creative control over posing, lighting, composition, editing and final image selection.
The complete digital gallery refers to all finished images selected and professionally edited by the photographer. It does not include RAW files, unedited images, duplicates or every photograph captured during the session.
The final number of delivered photographs may vary.
The winner will receive the same personal-use image permissions applicable to Goddess Boudoir’s standard digital collections.
Goddess Boudoir will not publicly share identifiable photographs from the session without appropriate permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.
12. ADDITIONAL RUNNER-UP OFFERS
In addition to the grand prize, Goddess Boudoir intends to select ten eligible applicants to receive an exclusive, optional photography booking offer.
Each offer includes:
- Waiver of the regular $500 session fee.
- A 15% discount on one eligible regular photography collection.
A paid photography collection is required to redeem this offer.
These offers are promotional discounts, not free photography sessions or cash prizes.
Recipients are not obligated to accept or purchase anything.
The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, applied to an existing booking or combined with other promotions.
Specific booking deadlines, eligible collections and payment terms will be disclosed before a recipient accepts the offer.
Ten eligible applicants will be selected by Goddess Boudoir based on the thoughtfulness of their applications, their interest in the photography experience, and how well their creative vision aligns with the services offered.
Selected applicants will be notified by email following the conclusion of the giveaway. Each recipient may choose whether to accept the promotional offer. No purchase is required to enter the giveaway or be considered for a runner-up offer.
13. PRIVACY & COMMUNICATIONS
Personal information collected through the application will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact selected participants and fulfill the prize.
Application responses may also be reviewed in aggregate to help Goddess Boudoir understand interest in its photography services.
Submitting an application does not automatically constitute consent to receive ongoing promotional emails.
Participants may separately choose to subscribe to Goddess Boudoir’s marketing communications.
Marketing consent is not required to enter or win.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and Goddess Boudoir’s privacy practices.
14. FAIR PARTICIPATION
Goddess Boudoir reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, deliberately misleading, duplicated or otherwise violate these rules.
Any decision to disqualify an entry will be made reasonably and in good faith.
If circumstances outside the organizer’s reasonable control materially affect the giveaway, Goddess Boudoir may make changes reasonably necessary to administer it fairly and lawfully.
Any material changes will be communicated appropriately.
15. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules.
The giveaway is governed by applicable Canadian federal and Alberta provincial laws.
Nothing in these rules limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
